This page summarises the rules you meet most often with us. It is a guide only: the general terms, the bonus rules and the wording of each offer, all accepted at registration, take precedence wherever they differ.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to hold an account. We allow one account per person, household, e-mail address, phone number and IP address. Details you give must match your documents, and duplicate accounts are closed with any bonuses removed.
Bonuses
A qualifying deposit is at least £20, and deposits through Skrill or Neteller do not qualify for the welcome package. Each stage is activated in My Bonus before you bet with that deposit. The package carries 20x wagering on deposit plus bonus, free-spin winnings carry 40x, and each stage lasts 10 days. While a bonus is active, single bets are limited to £100. A bonus can release no more than 10x its amount, and free spins release £50 or £100 depending on the batch size. Only one bonus runs at a time. Requesting a withdrawal voids an active bonus, and cancelling one in your profile clears its balance. Slots, scratch cards and keno count 100% towards wagering; other games count less or nothing.
Withdrawals
Each deposit must be turned over 1x before withdrawal, or a 10% fee applies. Requests are reviewed within up to 3 business days, with no more than three pending at once. Money is returned by the route it came in, and verification documents are due within 30 days of a request.
